Bicek Telecom provided a new premise based IP phone system to a sign company to run voice over their existing internet. The customer will migrate from their network based connection saving 65% with a new network connection that will run on SIP. The customer's capex payment will be at break-even in 2.5 years given the monthly savings on the network. New phones, new connection, and long term savings - the customer is pleased.

73% of Small to Mid Size Businesses (SMBs) recently surveyed by Connectwise agree that their organization has reached a tipping point where cybersecurity converns demand action. That's likely the result of the fact that 76 percent of SMBs report that they hae been impacted by at least one cybersecuity attack in 2021 - a considerable increase compared to 55% who saind the same the year before. Consequently, 78% of SMB resppondents say their organization is set to increase investment in cybersecurity in the next 12 months. A key challenge identified in the report is that two in three SMBs lack the expertise in-house to defend themselves againt cybersecurity threats.
