As the company principal consultant Thomas Bicek, President of Bicek Telecom, has dedicated himself to the telecommunications industry.
Thomas Bicek started his career in 1985 and has an in depth understanding of all aspects of telecommunications to ensure his customers’ satisfaction. In 2011, Bicek Telecom was developed to assist businesses with their telecom needs while focusing on personal service with proven results. Thomas Bicek has a bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Illinois Benedictine College, a Masters of Science in Statistics from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana, and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Northern Illinois University. He continues to serve non-profit organizations on special projects and donates his time and expertise to assist with needs assessment, network optimization, proposal development, pricing, implementation and customer care requirements. Bicek's education, experience, strong skills and commitment to customer service excellence has provided a track record of success and has served his clients well.
