Why do I need a consultant to review my telecom expenses? We already have people that are responsible for these items.
It is highly unlikely, even in a large company, that your folks can identify and keep up with the many carriers, their respective products, and offerings that a telecommunications expert can. Bicek Telecom consultants has a network of industry contacts and partners, knowledge of carrier organizations and experience in "telecom language" is paramount to assisting you and making the best overall recommendations. Our mission for our clients is not 'good' pricing, nor is it 'some' savings; it is to deliver the absolute 'best-in-class' pricing, the lowest possible costs and no degradation of quality. Only telecom experts can make that possible.
How much of our time does an analysis take?
Very little. Our process is specifically designed to minimize our clients' time. In fact, we are available to help with the information gathering; if it will take you more than a few minutes to copy bills, we will come out and do this for you. In addition, we may ask a few questions to ascertain some additional information and history of your situation for clarification.
When can I expect to receive a recommendation from your analysis?
Time to complete a FREE analysis and to present a recommendation can vary depending on the size, scope, and complexity of your situation. However, most of the time an analysis is completed in 3-6 weeks.
Is there an obligation to accept your recommendation(s)?
No. You are not obligated to accept our recommendations. We provide a written report for your review and those items you find unacceptable will not be implemented nor charged for.
However, after acceptance of a recommendation, it is our responsibility to fully implement the recommendation. So we look at future bills as needed until the recommendation has been implemented properly and is shown to be billing properly. We do this for every accepted recommendation. Only then is our work complete. A typical telecommunications audit can run from a few months to several months depending on the amount of work involved, size and complexity of the situation.
Our clients actually SAVE a great deal of time since they no longer have to perform detailed reviews or audits of these expenses themselves.
Is this a one-time event?
It can be, but we do offer continued support. Perhaps things will be relatively unchanged in your organization for quite a while, but eventually you may want to update because voice services or data services do change. We serve clients over a long period of time for this reason. Hence a re-review of what is going on is warranted down the road. This may be one, two, or even three years, but inevitably it’s worth reviewing again to make sure you're staying current.
What if you don't find a savings opportunity as a result of your analysis?
Although rare, if we find no recommendations, you owe us nothing. See How We Work. Since our fee model is contingent, we charge nothing for our audit and you receive validation from a 3rd party expert that you are doing the best job you possibly can.
We're in a contract on many of our services. Can you still save us money?
YES. Most of our clients are under some sort of contract for services. Your contract status with your current providers often has little bearing on our ability to generate savings. Part of our analysis process will include a thorough review of all your existing contracts and the terms of conditions of your contracts will be included in any recommendations we provide.
We don’t bill much so this is probably a waste of time, right?
You just don’t know until we take a look at what is going on and it doesn’t cost anything for the analysis. Guaranteed: No Savings; No Fees.
What information do you need to begin?
Just contact us to discuss your needs. Then ultimately we will need a signed audit agreement, possibly a Letter of Authorization that may be required by a carrier for us to gather information, and one month’s most recent complete set of invoices are all we need to begin our analysis.
