Bicek Telecom had an apartment complex sign a contract to move thier POTS lines away from AT&T  as they continue to increase prices in order to get customers off their older infrastructure.

The customer will immediately reduce their monthly cost by 50%, AT&T plans on increasing their price by another 50% within three more months (from $1000/month to nearly $1500/month), thereby making the savings nearly 200% better by migrating now.
Further, the customer receives wireless backup and free installation.
